Someone in prayer

Whatever you ask

in my name, the Father will give you.

(John 15:16)

Prayer is central to our church services and our home groups, but we also have a regular pattern of prayer meetings and everyone is welcome to join in.

Saturday morning prayer meetings:

1st Saturday of the month – a prayer breakfast is held at 8.30am at Tidebrook Church.

Other Saturday mornings – a prayer meeting is held at 9.00am at Carillon Cottage.

3rd Thursday of the month: Ecumenical Prayer for Healing, 2.00pm at Carillon Cottage.

Is anyone among you in trouble? Let them pray. Is anyone happy? Let them sing songs of praise. Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. (James 5:13-16)
